Garden Room

Project Brief

To build a fully glazed spacious French oak frame garden room to sit outside a grade 2 listed farmhouse. The garden room was to be designed to complement the existing property and to provide a light and airy space for the client to relax and enjoy their views. 

Challenges

The main challenge of this project was to ensure that the design of the garden room was sympathetic to the existing listed property. The architect worked closely with the client to develop a design that was both practical and asethetically pleasing. The use of French oak frames and large expanses of glass helped to create a light and airy space that blended in well with the surrounding environment.

Construction
